We’re all carrying programming – handed down by parents, society, trauma, media, you name it. We get trained to believe certain things are “realistic” or “safe,” and then spend adulthood trying to unlearn it all.

When you start doing subconscious work (reprogramming, manifestation, mindset) you begin to realize: “Wait… my thoughts create my reality. So why am I letting other people’s beliefs dictate my life?”

That’s when the awakening hits.

But here’s the sneaky part: once you start breaking your own old patterns, new ones can sneak in from other people. Especially if you’re not paying attention.

Think of it like cleaning your house only to let someone walk in with muddy shoes.

  • Someone saying “That’s not realistic” when they’ve never even tried.

How to Spot It + Stop Absorbing It

Translation? “I failed at this, so I need you to fail too so I feel safe.”

When someone gives you advice, check in:

  • Do I feel expanded or smaller right now?
  • Was this my belief before they said something?
  • Does this person even live the life I’m building toward?

If not, stop taking advice from people who haven’t walked the path you’re on.

Protect your energy like your future depends on it, because it does. Every belief you accept becomes part of your frequency. And your frequency becomes your reality.


The Power of Being “Delusional”

Here’s the thing: being “delusional” is just having the balls to believe in a version of reality no one else can see yet.

People call it delusion because it challenges the laws of their comfort zone. But the truth is, the unknown is where all creation begins.

“Is this belief mine or theirs?”
