Let’s be real – imposter syndrome hits everybody. Yes, even Beyoncé and Taylor Swift. Even that “perfect” business coach on your feed who seems to have her entire life figured out (lemme tell you now – she doesn’t).
That little voice whispering, “Who do you think you are?” isn’t the truth… it’s just your subconscious throwing a tantrum because you’re evolving.
Your subconscious is obsessed with one thing: keeping you safe. And to your brain, safe means familiar. Even if your old patterns kept you broke, burned out, or invisible – they’re known.
So when you try to step into your next level (start that VA business, launch that course, post that reel that makes you want to puke a little), your subconscious goes, “Uh-uh. We don’t do new.”
That’s why you feel resistance, anxiety, and that “fraud” feeling. It’s not proof you’re failing, it’s proof you’re expanding!
The moment your thoughts align with your higher self, your emotions follow. Then your reality follows that.
Self-doubt isn’t a sign you’re behind. It’s a sign you’re growing. Keep going. Trust yourself. And when that voice pops up again? Tell it, “I’m not a fraud, I’m just expanding.”
