Life’s Messy – But You’re Magnetic

Let’s be real – waiting for a perfect moment to “level up” is a trap. Your dream life isn’t something you chase; it’s something you become. This is the core vibe of my Magnetic and Messy podcast – and we’re diving into how to step into your higher self so you can manifest the reality you actually want.


Your Subconscious Is Running the Show

Science time, babes. Only about 5% of your thoughts are conscious – the other 95% are handled by your subconscious mind. That means most of your daily decisions, reactions, and beliefs are on autopilot.

Those hidden beliefs? They’re shaping your 3D reality whether you notice or not.

Ask yourself:

  • What quiet stories am I replaying every day?
  • Which of those beliefs actually serve me?

If you’ve been telling yourself “I’m broke” for years, your subconscious takes that as fact and keeps projecting it outward.


Thoughts Create Reality (Yes, It’s Science)

  3. Does it serve my future self?

Step Two: Reprogram Your Subconscious

Here’s how to start flipping those hidden scripts:

Affirmations with Feeling

Repetition literally rewires neural pathways. Even if it feels robotic at first – “I am abundant, I am confident” – keep going. Layer in emotion: remember a time you felt powerful and relive that feeling as you say the words.

Visualization

Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. Picture the end scene: you already living your dream life. See it. Feel it. Repeat it until it feels normal.

Method Acting

Live as if you already are that next-level version of yourself. Walk like the most confident human in the room. Order coffee like the CEO you’re becoming. Small, consistent embodiment creates identity shifts.


Step Three: Align Your Daily Habits

Your future self isn’t doom-scrolling first thing in the morning. Build micro-habits that match your new identity:

  • A five-minute meditation before emails
  • Movement that makes you feel alive (dance, gym, a walk with “boss energy”)
  • Evening journaling to celebrate wins and reinforce new beliefs

These tiny choices stack up and literally rewire your self-concept.


Step Four: Upgrade Your Environment

Energy is contagious. Surround yourself with people and content that support your growth. If you’re manifesting wealth, limit time with people constantly complaining about money – at least while you’re strengthening your new mindset.


Become, Don’t Chase

The biggest takeaway? You don’t wait for external proof to feel abundant or confident 

You choose the feeling first.

You become the version of you who already has it – and then reality rearranges to match.
